What to Expect
Promo Codes
Have a code? Enter it on the final step before payment. Depending on the code, it takes a percentage, a fixed amount, or the whole price off, and your new total is shown before you pay.
No Account Required
Buy and view your itinerary with just an email address. You can create an account afterward to save it, edit it later, and open it on any device. That part is optional.
Secure Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Our Refund Policy
Because your itinerary is delivered instantly as a digital product, we generally do not offer refunds once it has been generated. We will consider a refund request when:
- A technical failure prevented your itinerary from being delivered
- A significant quality issue, reported within 7 days of purchase
- A generation error that cannot be resolved through editing

Pricing FAQ
Is There a Subscription or Hidden Fee?
No. You pay once per itinerary. The total, including any extra nights, Human Review and promo code, is shown before you pay.
Can I Edit My Itinerary After Buying It?
Yes. Use the Edit Itinerary tool to request specific changes, or Replace Item to swap an individual activity or hotel.
Do I Need an Account to Buy?
No. You can buy and view your itinerary without one. Creating an account afterward is optional but lets you save and edit it from any device.
Should I Add Human Review?
It is entirely optional. It suits travelers who want a specialist to look over the plan and add personal notes before they commit to it. You can add it on the final step before payment.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Generally not once an itinerary has been generated, but we do consider requests for technical failures, significant quality issues reported within 7 days, and generation errors that editing cannot fix. See the refund policy above.
